Cancellation Policy
Cancellations you MUST cancel via contacting the ambassador who calls you to confirm your party booking. Please ensure if you need to cancel you do so at the earliest time possible so we can free up the space for other customers. Ideally the last time you can cancel is 3 days prior to the party holding date, excusing things such as medical emergencies etc
