Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

DELIVERY:
You must provide your address on order, as the address provided will be the address your order is dispatched too. If you realise after ordering their is an error with the address you can send your correct address via TEXT after you recieve your payment text. You will recieve a text to confirm this has been actioned & your delivery address has been updated. Delivery is 3-5 working days, you can request 48 hour delivery also upon check out of your order. Please allow for additional time during busy periods such as Royal Mail Strikes, Christmas, Bank Holidays etc. You will recieve Delivery information via email after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. RETURNS & EXCHANGINGS:
If you change your mind, you can return your order using the invoice you recieve with your order delivery, it will take up to 2 weeks to process and 5-7 working day's to process a refund back to your card. Please ensure you fill out the invoice & add a cover note and take to your local post office and request a copy of the reciept for delivery. Delivery for returns is free using the returns sticker on your reciept you recieve in delivery. You can return for a refund for 14 day's. After this time it will be exchange only for up to 2 months, Refunds: Items MUST be in origional packaging & un opened for refund to be rewarded. Exchanges: Place sizes or items you wish to exchange on the back of your reciept when returning.

FAULTY ITEMS:
Using the invoice in your delivery you can return items that are faulty, you get 12 months warranty on ALL TOYS as long as it's not personal fault for the dammage to have happened. Any dammages to item's that are done by you will not be exchanged. You can exchange in store or via the form provided, you MUST have your valid copy of your delivery reciept though so please keep it safe.
